Scheduling Your Appointment

Towson Endodontics is open Monday through Friday. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact that practice provides surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

When you call to schedule your appointment, please have your insurance card accessible so that we can obtain your member ID, policyholder name and date of birth and claims mailing address. Our staff will also ask if you have a latex allergy, a heart murmur or any artificial replacements. 

 

Your Appointment 

When you arrive for your appointment, we will get you checked in and give you paperwork to begin the registration process. Please make sure to bring your driver's license and insurance card as well as any x-rays and notes that your general dentist may have given you. Additionally, if you are taking any medication on a regular basis, please bring your list of medications (with dosages listed) with you. Any applicable co-insurance fees will be due at the time of treatment; co-insurance/co-pays will not be billed.

Cancellations 

Please notify the office of any cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
